Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order update with the tracking number via email.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and carrier transit times. While I do my best to ensure timely delivery, The Classy Homestead is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you review your address and it is incorrect after you checkout, please contact me at theclassyhomestead@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase so that I can update it correctly before creating your shipping label. If no contact has been received regarding this, then I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Classy Homestead is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so I can assist you.
