Return Policy

I want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, I gladly accept returns under the following guidelines:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, pet hair, smoke odor, or damage may not be eligible for return.
• Items under Skin Care are considered final sale and ineligible for returns as they are for body use. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can start the exchange within the provided return window.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans change.

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been marked as processed “label created,” or shipped.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy for an applicable refund.
